Upon completion of the order, the Customer (hereinafter the Purchaser) enters into a purchase contract with the company Ser-Vis Srl Zona Ind. S. Adriano 15/16 50034 Marradi (FI), VAT no. 04419730488, hereinafter referred to as the Supplier. Subject of the contract is the sale of goods as identified by the buyer in accordance with the characteristics indicated in the product data sheets.
The purchaser declares he/she is an adult, knows product warnings and directions for use and, if not, he/she undertakes him/herself to reading them on the label (in Italian) attached to the package or its translation in the website before use. The purchase declares he/she has understood and accepted that the products on the site may have even short deadlines, although they are usually not less than 2 years.
The purchaser accepts that the product sheet may have slight imperfections, errors or involuntary omissions, including the image (or packaging) of the articles. 
The purchaser declares that he/she has provided truthful information in the registration form, has carefully read the details of the order summary showing the type and number of products in the shopping cart, prices and any discounts and has accepted it. It is not possible to modify an entered order, however, if necessary, you can delete it and immediately inform us by phone or email. He/she also declares that he/she has read the list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the site and acknowledged that http://www.drgiorgini.ee/  cannot be held responsible if the taste of the product does not meet his/her expectations or that the intake of the purchased products does not lead to the expected results.
The purchaser declares that he/she has understood that it is not possible to deliver by appointment or at certain times, as couriers generally deliver from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., when you should make yourself available, otherwise you must use the “Hold for Pickup” service.
The purchaser agrees to immediately check, after the purchase, the order summary email so as to verify compliance with what he/she has ordered, and, in the event of a discrepancy, please immediately contact http://www.drgiorgini.ee/. customer assistance  by telephone and/or email. 
Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal, the customer undertakes to make him/herself available, to track the progress of parcels sent and pick up the ordered goods. In case of stock due to unavailability of the customer, or failure to collect or refusal, the costs of returning the parcel to our warehouse will be charged on him/her.

The validity and performance of the contract will start from the sending date of the acceptance email by the supplier.
