Directions for use |
Usually, 1 drop is enough to flavour 100 g/100 ml of food/drink (such as sauces, meat, fish, desserts, liqueurs, oils and vinegars). It can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking) or in a sugar cube, a spoonful of honey, a jar of yoghurt, a cup of hot milk or herbal tea. Limit use to the amount strictly necessary to give a pleasant aroma. It is also possible to use it externally for relaxing massages by diluting it appropriately in an emollient base, or by adding a few drops in aroma diffusers. Close accurately after use. |
