Ingredients	Dog-rose (Rosa canina) fruit D.E. (titrated to 50% vitamin C).
Directions for use	We recommend taking 1 to 10 small measuring cups (0.2 - 2 g) dissolved in water, once a day at any time; you can dilute half a large cup (2 g), equal to the individual daily dose of 10 small cups, in a carafe of water to be consumed during the day with meals. Stir and sweeten to taste. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
