Ingredients	Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) rhizome D.E. (titrated to 2.5% triterpene glycosides), microcrystalline cellulose°, gum arabic°, milk thistle (Silybum marianum) fruit D.E. (titrated to 80% silymarin), (L-)histidine, reduced glutathione, SAMe (S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate tosylate), soybean (Glycine max) seed D.E. (titrated to 40% isoflavones), gamma oryzanol, silicon dioxide°°, plant-based magnesium stearate°°, potassium iodide. °Bulking agent. °°Anti-caking agent.
Directions for use	We recommend taking 4 tablets (4 g) one to two times a day at any time (4 to 8 tablets a day). Close accurately after use.
Warnings	Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be consumed as part of an overall healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should be kept out of reach of children under three years of age. Contains cohosh: do not exceed the recommended intake levels.
