Ingredients	Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) rhizome D.E. (titrated to 2.5% hydroxycitric acid), microcrystalline cellulose°, gum arabic°, milk thistle (Silybum marianum) fruit D.E. (titrated to 80% silymarin), (L-)histidine, glutathione, SAMe (S-adenosyl-L-methioninedisulfate tosylate), soybean (Glycine max) seed D.E. (titrated to 40% isoflavones), gamma oryzanol, silicon dioxide°°, plant-based magnesium stearate°°, potassium iodide. °Bulking agent. °°Anti-caking agent.
Directions for use	We recommend taking 4 tablets (4 g) one to two times a day at any time (4 to 8 tablets a day). Close accurately after use.
Warnings	Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be included in an overall healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep the product out of reach of children younger than 3 years of age. Contains cohosh: do not exceed the recommended intake levels. For product directions and duration of use, please consult your doctor. However, the product should not be used in case of liver disorders or diseases. It contains no preservatives, dyes, flavours and synthetic sweeteners.
